Please email details of any mutations to Geoff Kemball-Cook. You can attach data as Excel spreadsheets if you have a number of mutations. You can see from the database tables what data we are interested in getting - if you do not have data for a parameter leave blank or use "?"

If your data has been published be sure to give me the reference. If not, it will appear as "unpublished".
