Bioinformatics on the Factor VIII model structure - A3 Domain

The secondary structure, accessible area, and fractional sidechain solvent accessibility
for each residue in the factor VIII A1 domain has been calculated. In the second column, secondary structure is given
according to conventional assignments: sheet (beta-pleated sheet), helix (alpha-helix), turn (beta-turn)
or coil (random coil). The third column gives the accessible area of the side chain in Angstroms squared, and the final
column gives the fraction of sidechain surface area which is accessible to a 1.4 Angstrom squared probe,
rolled over the model. A value of 0 = inaccessible, 1 = totally accessible.
