37 sets of primers have been designed to amplify the essential regions of the FVIII (F8) gene under the same thermal cycling conditions (see link below to download primer sequences and PCR conditions). These primer sequences have been independently validated and adopted by several laboratories.

The primers as presented (with common tails) are ideally suited to automated or semi-automated protocols utilising 96-well plates, robotics and/or multi-channel pipettes.
